Frequently Asked Questions for Silver Forest Silver Heart in Open Heart Pierced Earrings For_Sister Jim Shore's handcrafted design captures
What should I check if I cannot find an order confirmation?
Look for an order reference shown at the end of the purchase process. Establish whether an order exists before trying to replace a missing confirmation by ordering again.
