Frequently Asked Questions for Hordak 1/6 Scale Figure artist_Alexis Ziritt and 3 Headed Thunderball Mace MT-249
What should I check if I cannot find an order confirmation?
Look for an order reference shown at the end of the purchase process. Establish whether an order exists before trying to replace a missing confirmation by ordering again.
What should I check before choosing a payment method at checkout?
Keep the payment reference once the transaction is acknowledged. Do not treat a completed checkout form as proof of successful payment.
How should I interpret words such as up to, from, or optional in an offer?
Check what value or feature the qualifying word modifies. Avoid treating a possible result as a guaranteed result for your circumstances.
